The Karya Salemba Empat (KSE) Foundation, BUMA International Group, BIRU, and Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI) joined hands to hold a Face-to-Face Gathering with Scholarship Recipients under the theme \u201cEducation, Career, and Competencies in Today\u2019s Era.\u201d Held in a hybrid format, the event was attended by more than 110 scholarship recipients and featured speakers from academia, industry, and inspiring alumni. The Director of Student Affairs at UPI emphasized the importance of building integrity and adaptability in this rapidly changing era. Meanwhile, Iwan Fuad Salim (Director of PT BUMA International Group Tbk) and Karen Ichsan (CFO of BIRU) shared their real-life career journeys and highlighted the crucial role of soft skills and leadership in the workplace, especially within BUMA International Group.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"text-neutralN-900 text-lg leading-[27px] md:text-2xl md:leading-[29.05px]\">\n<p class=\"text-neutralN-900 text-lg leading-[27px] md:text-2xl md:leading-[29.05px]\"><span class=\"\">This event served as a platform to connect universities, industries, and social communities to nurture young generations who excel not only academically but also have strong character and make meaningful social contributions.
