This training aimed to foster a fairer and more empathetic understanding of gender norms that lead to biases and stereotypes, hindering the development of both the company and its employees.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"text-neutralN-900 text-lg leading-[27px] md:text-2xl md:leading-[29.05px]\"><span class=\"\">Facilitated by Syafirah Hardani, Deputy Executive Director for Programs at IBCWE, and Zelda Lupsita, Program Manager at IBCWE, the training began by discussing the definition of gender, gender norms and their impacts, and the concept of intersectionality. The training also included various interactive activities to help participants empathize with different gender-based injustices.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"text-neutralN-900 text-lg leading-[27px] md:text-2xl md:leading-[29.05px]\"><span class=\"\">Following this training, participants are expected to implement more gender-sensitive workplace practices and policies.
