PT Bisa Ruang Nuswantara (BIRU) has been awarded 2nd Place in the Women in Renewable Energy category at the EBTKE Award 2026, organized by the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM). The achievement, selected among 300 participants, recognizes BIRU’s contribution to skills development in the renewable energy sector.

Building Skills for the Renewable Energy Sector

One of the programs supporting this achievement was the Solar Panel Training Program, a four-week training program designed to equip participants with practical knowledge and skills in the renewable energy sector.

The program was developed using an industry-driven approach. BIRU collaborated with solar panel companies and industry partners to ensure that the learning provided was relevant to real-world workforce needs.

The program covered the entire learning journey, from identifying industry needs and developing the curriculum to delivering technical training, strengthening soft skills, and preparing participants for future career opportunities.
