Jakarta – BIRU Impact Report 2024 reflects our commitment to creating real change for Indonesia’s young generation. Since 2018, BIRU has consistently delivered innovative solutions in community empowerment, sustainability, and inclusion through flagship programs such as the Virtual Vocational School and Future Hub. Thousands of students, teachers, and alumni have gained access to quality vocational education and broader career opportunities.
This success is made possible through close collaboration with strategic partners, ranging from curriculum development and industry-aligned training to support from local governments. Together, we ensure that BIRU’s programs remain relevant to today’s challenges and deliver long-term impact for a more competitive and resilient Indonesian workforce.
Our journey is far from over. With the spirit of teamwork, diversity, humility, and integrity, BIRU aims to reduce youth unemployment in Indonesia by 1% by 2035, equivalent to creating 80,000 new job opportunities. We invite you to keep moving forward with us.
